Cherie Ayrton is a multi-award-winning cosmetic tattooist, educator, and the founder of Feather Touch Cosmetic Tattoo and Training Academy in Wellington, New Zealand. With over a decade of experience, she has built a powerhouse reputation in the PMU industry for her hyperrealism work, advanced techniques, and passion for paramedical tattooing. Cherie is known for her commitment to raising industry standards and empowering artists through education and support. She has trained some of the leading names in PMU both locally and internationally and is deeply passionate about creating a space where beauty meets purpose.
As co-visionary behind The Industry Insiders, Cherie is on a mission to connect, elevate, and inspire beauty professionals across New Zealand and Australia – bringing the industry together like never before.

VICTORIA WYNN
Victoria Wynn is an award-winning cosmetic tattoo artist and internationally recognised educator, bringing over a decade of beauty industry experience to The Industry Insiders Event as one of its founding organisers.
After a successful ten-year career as a makeup artist for Australian Consolidated Press in Sydney, Victoria transitioned into cosmetic tattooing in 2016. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty, she quickly earned a reputation for her refined, understated style. By 2019, she had relocated to Queenstown, New Zealand, where her work gained a devoted following and a fully booked calendar months in advance.
In 2024, Victoria was crowned New Zealand Brow Tattooist of the Year. Her influence stretches beyond New Zealand—she was invited to join the Microbeau World Elite Team in 2020 and became a sponsored artist for Evenflo Colours in 2021. She also spoke at the prestigious APMAC conference in Australia in 2022, further cementing her place as a respected voice in the global cosmetic tattooing community.
Victoria is deeply passionate about education. She offers one-on-one and group training across New Zealand and Australia, mentoring artists with a focus on natural results, artistic confidence, and long-term support.
As a co-organiser of The Industry Insiders, Victoria brings her leadership, industry insight, and a strong commitment to uplifting and connecting artists within the cosmetic tattoo community.
